Happy Holidays...

Long time, no post. But here's a photo of the deer-crossing sign at the intersection of 122nd and N. MacArthur in Oklahoma City to make up for it. If you look closely, someone added a red sticker to the deer's nose. Every time I pass this it makes me smile.

Spent about four off-and-on months working on the Simple Yet Effective Shawl [Ravelry link] in Noro Kureyon for my grandmother. My hopes are low that she's going to remember to keep it out of the washer and dryer but, for now, it looks lovely on her and made for a nice Christmas gift.
